On a two-acre lot just south of Sunset Boulevard, the concrete and wood frame of the Rise Hollywood continues to climb upwards.
Cal-Coast Development and Rescore have partnered to develop the $110-million project, located at 1311 N. Cahuenga Boulevard.
The seven-story building will feature 369 residential units above 2,570 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and a subterranean parking garage. The apartments will include 12 live/work units, 30 micro units, and 20 units set aside for moderate-income households – which is defined by the California Department of Housing and Community Development as 80 to 120 percent of the area median income.
